A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that search service. Alamance County Released Inmates does not store or log those query terms on its own systems. The provider may receive the query together with technical information needed to deliver results, and its privacy policy controls that processing.

If you email us or submit a contact message, we keep the contents and return address as needed to read, route, and answer it. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or is reasonably needed to respond to a valid legal demand.
